Prerequisites:
Individuals who hold a Master's degree prior to enrollment and are mature Christians (normally over 30 years of age) and experiencing the call to a ministry of Christian counseling, may elect to complete their requirements for license and qualify for their Ph.D in Clinical Christian Counseling or Christian Psychology.
Ministerial credentials are not required for enrollment, but must be obtained prior to entering Phase II of the program. (Inquire for details how to satisfy this requirement)

ADDITIONAL PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS
Upon Enrollment you must provide all required information and documentation per the Enrollment Agreement.
Students are responsible to complete a counseling practicum. This consists of administering the Arno Profile System to 35 persons in your community under the guidance and direction of a N.B.C.C.T. Board Certified Clinical Supervisor. This is completed during Phase I of the program. (Clinical Supervision is provided)
National Background check at end of Phase II: $100
Students will be responsible to respond in writing to 50 ethical questions posed by the N.C.C.A.'s National Licensing Board of Examiners. This is completed during Phase I of the program.
First year membership dues in N.C.C.A. of $50 at end of Phase I.
Students are responsible for all supervision, practicum and matriculation fees. For this program the clinical supervision fees are $300. The practicum A.P.S.fees are $30 each x 35, totaling $1050. These fees are in addition to the program tuition costs, and are paid directly to the clinical supervisor.
Submit two copies of a written dissertation. This normally consists of 35 individual reports (case studies) developed from the candidate's work with 25 persons using the Arno Profile System reports. Format provided on request.
Provide a letter authorizing the transfer of academic records to the approved college.
Upon completion of the program requirements, the student is responsible for submitting an application and first year professional membership dues directly to the N.C.C.A. to receive their certification.
Upon completion of the program requirements, the student is responsible for paying the degree matriculation & transfer fees for the Ph.D. The matriculation fee for the Ph.D. is $1500 at the end of Phase III. This is paid directly to the N.C.C.A. One time fee of $50 to upgrade from L.C.P.C. to the Doctorate level L.C.P.C. advance certification.
No Ministerial credentials or college degree is required for enrollment in this program. However, ministerial credentials must be obtained before progressing to Phase II. We will assist students in how to obtain proper ministerial credentials.
All tuition costs, supervision & practicum fees must be paid in full to New Purpose, prior to forwarding the student's records and verification of completion to the N.C.C.A. to accommodate membership, award of professional credentials, and conferring of degrees.
